Accomplishments Weigh-In

Another Successful Week

I weighed in at my meeting tonight, and lost another 3.6 pounds which brings me to 13.6 total. I’m really excited about it because I’ve almost reached my first goal. My goal for this week is to lose 4.4 pounds. I also want to drink more water because I drink enough most days, but I’d like to know I’m drinking more than enough everyday.
