I weighed in at my meeting tonight, and lost another 3.6 pounds which brings me to 13.6 total. I’m really excited about it because I’ve almost reached my first goal.
My goal for this week is to lose 4.4 pounds. I also want to drink more water because I drink enough most days, but I’d like to know I’m drinking more than enough everyday.
I started the day by eating fresh fruit, and it was surprisingly filling so I plan to do the same tomorrow.
Tonight I went to dinner at my favorite Italian restaurant, and I made wise choices. I ate chicken and broccoli with whole wheat pasta. And the owner of this restaurant happens to be completely amazing and understanding so she allowed me to bring in my own WW ice cream. She put it in a freezer then served it in the same kind of bowl that she served dessert to my friends in. It was awesome, and no one thought anything of it. I’m so thankful for the support system I have, and I look forward to another week of healthy eating and weight loss.
