Even if I don’t love it, I’m going to will myself to like fish enough to eat it and enjoy it. We all know how good it is for us so it’s obvious I should be eating it.
My first attempt (ever) at cooking fish will be to make Broiled (or maybe baked) Tilapia Oregenata. It only has 5 WW points per serving so I’m going to give it a try. 🙂 I found the recipe on Gina’s Weight Watchers Recipes blog. If you haven’t checked it out yet I definitely recommend it!
