Accomplishments Milestones Weigh-In

I Reached Two Milestones!

Tonight I went to my weekly weigh-in, and the scaled showed a 3.2 lb. loss! Yay! That brought me to 20 pounds lost, and I reached my first big milestone as well. It felt great to step off of the scale knowing I had great success this week, and it has really made me excited to do well in the upcoming week.
Last week was the most difficult week I’ve had since starting because it’s hard to measure exactly what I’m eating when I’m at BBQ’s and new restaurants. I did my best, and it certainly paid off. The added cardio seems to have really helped as well.
I’m excited to be a few pounds lighter and a few steps closer to my ultimate goal.
