I lost another pound this week which brings me a little closer to my ultimate goal. 🙂 I was a little worried on Saturday after using a few more flex points than I do in a normal week, but eating well and exercising the rest of the week paid off.
I’m excited to make good choices this weekend in spite of a celebration Saturday and a Cookie Bake-Off with friends on Sunday.
Taking things one day at a time seems to be working! 🙂
