The Little Things

I’ve decided to cut down on carbohydrates this week…cut down, not cut out. Our bodies need carbs, particularly if we work out regularly.  Carbs give us energy, but eating them also means we should stay active.   I’ve also decided to try something else this week.  Here’s the skinny. 😉   When I want something unhealthy I weigh my want with the amount of points I’ll have to give up to eat it.  A piece of candy sometimes wins out…
