Food Healthy Eating

Awesome Dinner

Last night I wanted to eat something light and healthy so I prepared Shrimp Kabobs. It only take about 10 minutes to cook these things on the grill, but they’ll leave you feeling full and satisfied for much longer.

In addition to tasting great, they’re also good for you! Don’t you love it when that happens?! I stacked each skewer with peppers, zucchini, squash, shrimp and onions, and they were worth 2 points each. Added to a side of brown rice, it was tough to eat it all. 🙂

Eating this meal made me totally happy because I knew I had just eaten something healthy and satisfying. I cut up tons of extra veggies for the grill so I could add them to eggs, chicken, etc. during the upcoming week.

This will definitely be a regular in my menu rotation. 🙂

I didn't weigh in; because I have not started doing the ww diet; but reading these post makes me what to do this; I am just not sure if I can; when I was on ww I use to weigh everything I ate, I can't accept the concept that I can eat alot and still lose weight. But I am thinking about it and will make a decision soon. The things you write have encouraged me. Thanks MOM

I eat a lot and still lose weight..it's true. In fact, I didn't eat enough today…grrr! I did a lot of exercise and stuff so it should be a good weigh-in anyway..just have to eat more tomorrow.
