I Need A Nap

I’m a little worn out. In addition to my regular work from home day, I started my day by walking my sweet dog then riding my exercise bike for 41 minutes. And I also went to the gym today and worked harder than I ever have. Don’t get me wrong…I usually work hard, but I reached a whole new level today which is kind of cool.
And my goal for tonight is to eat a healthy dinner, work in my new little balcony garden then ride my bike again for at least 40 minutes.
Though my body is a little tired I feel GREAT! And I’m looking forward to seeing the “fruits of my labor” when I step on the scale Thursday.

    Great.. you just reminded me to go and ride my stationary bike!!! I also blog about my weight LOSS and gain yikes. 🙂 Are you doing anything special with your diet?

    I posted what I'm doing on your blog…but in short, I'm just eating the right things (most of the time) and exercising…
    I don't have to sacrifice specific foods..I just eat the right portions, and it is working great!
