My Cardio Count

Last night I decided that I should keep track of how much exercise I’m getting on my recumbent bike so I’ve decided to post the information on my blog. This way I can keep track and keep myself honest too. 🙂

I’m not count what I do at the gym because I do that so regularly. I’m just going to keep track of the cardio at home since it’s still a pretty new habit. I wrote down what I can remember for sure, and now I’ll just go from here. I hope everyone is having a great day!
