I’m weighing in this evening, and I’m curious to see what the results will be. I’m concerned that I won’t like the results because while I did not over eat, I didn’t eat as many fruits and veggies as usual. And I exercised almost everyday, but not as much as I have in previous weeks.
I already feel better about the past week, and now I’m looking forward to enjoying my regular routine. So next week should be great which I’ll try to remember when I step on the scale tonight.
