I Lost Weight While I Was On Vacation!

I’m excited to say that I lost another pound bringing me to a total of over 37 pounds lost! 🙂

I’m happy with one pound because I was out of my element while on vacation, but I’m excited to see what I can do in the coming week.
By the way, I’d like to introduce the “Anchor Duck” from my WW meeting. He’s a traveling duck who travels with members who will be out of town to remind us of the meeting that we’ll go back to when we return home. He came to the beach with me last week, and he was a reminder that there are people thinking of me, who understand my struggle and will be there for me when I’m back.
I’ll be gone again, and it’s nice to know that when I get back they’ll be there for me. 🙂

Congrats on losing weight!! That is such an accomplishment and shows that you're really making this a lifestyle change and not just a diet!

    Congrats, my friend!
