I missed my regular WW meeting last week, but I still took part in the challenge.
Our challenge last week (thanks Charlene) was to eat fruits and veggies that we’ve never eaten before (or at least in the past 10 years.) I’m happy to say that I’ve eaten a lot of new fruits and veggies in the last 4 months. But there were a few that I had not tried so I picked them up.
White Flesh Nectarines which is my new favorite fruit. I have never been crazy about nectarines until I tried the white ones. Stop by your local supermarket or Trader Joe’s and pick them up. They are fantastic.
White Flesh Peaches which were so much sweeter than the yellow ones. I love these.
Spaghetti Squash which I prefer over pasta now. I’m so not kidding about this. And a cup of spaghetti squash = 0 points! I am going to make stir-fry using this instead of pasta over the weekend.
