Pretty Shoes For A Plus Sized Girl and More…

Have you ever worn a pair of shoes that can instantly make you feel cute and feminine? If you have then you understand how I felt the moment I bought these shoes. 🙂 And in addition to making me feel fabulous, they were also on sale! I bought four different pairs during that quick shopping trip, and I’m thrilled about it. Whoever said shopping doesn’t bring happiness has never been shopping with me. 😉

I’ve also spent part of my vacation in a bead store this week  making sterling silver bracelets and other things that make me smile. 🙂  And I think I’ve found a new hobby. 🙂

We all have circumstances that could keep us from doing what we want to do, but I am determined to enjoy my life. And I am convinced that we should thrive rather than simply survive.

Sadie is on vacation too, and you can see that she likes to relax with me as often as possible. 😉 I’ve made a few other pieces and plan to do some more tomorrow.

And when I’m not shopping or crafting or getting a mani/pedi or eating lobster I’m enjoying this view…

And between laying in the sun and riding the waves I was prepared with books, snacks and water.  See? 🙂

I’ve made good choices for the most part though I could have done better yesterday and today.  But tomorrow is a new day, and I plan to take advantage of it.

Tonight I saw Hairspray live, and while I’m spoiled by seeing shows on Broadway, I’m happy to say that it was fantastic. It’s such an inspirational musical. There couldn’t have been a more fitting musical to see tonight.

I’ll be thrilled to return home to my regular routine, but it has been great to get away with my hot boyfriend and friends…Life is pretty fantastic. 🙂
