Favorite Foods

I go through phases with foods, and I have some new favorites that keep me excited about my healthy lifestyle.   Here’s a list of foods I eat regularly because they’re good for me, they taste good and they’re more filling.  I stay full much longer when I eat foods that are high in fiber.   Fiber One Pop Tarts – Blueberry and Cinnamon are my favorites.
