It’s Thursday which means I’ll be weighing in tonight. Wish me luck! I have seriously stepped it up this week, and I need to see a decent loss.
I can honestly say that I’ve done my best ever this week. I hope the scale reflects that with a positive loss. I hear people say that ‘the scale is a guide not a god.’ And I understand that there are other factors involved, but when the goal is to lose weight I want to see weight loss.
