It’s That Time Again

Thursdays are an exciting day for me because it’s weigh-in day. I’m always nervous before stepping on the scale, but this week I have reasons to be nervous. I ate poorly last Friday, but I did two hours of cardio that day. And the rest of the week I ate very well. I exercised everyday too with exception of Sunday.
