Under The Weather

I’m sick…I’m taking medicine and hope to be better soon. I got my cardio workout in this morning and also completed Day 23 of the 30 Day Shred. Note to symptoms: You will not keep me down when I’m so close to 30 days.

My chest hurts when I cough — and a little when I don’t cough. I feel a little dizzy, my stomach hurts, and my head feels like it might fall off if I look at this computer for 20 seconds longer. I’ll probably see a doctor again tomorrow.

I’ll also post again tomorrow. Until then, thanks for letting me whine a little. Now I’m off to sleep….Just saying.

    Why you training when u sick, its so bad for your heart…you should stop and start again when you better….
    Think long term about your health….

    Marcelle's right! Kenz, dedication and perseverence are good things, but you have nothing to prove.

    You are sick. Remember how long it took you to get over your last sick? I think you mentioned afterwards that, perhaps, you should have exercised less and rested more.

    Try to stay inside, (No sense contaminating others, either!!) rest, drink fluids. Be nice to yourself,Kenz! You've worked hard and deserve good care.

    Kenz, please slow down and take it easy! Your body needs some rest to heal itself. Please see a doc for that cough and chest pain. Didn't you just get over bronchitis? You need to make sure it didn't settle in and turn into pneumonia! Now go feel better!
