Junk Food New York City Weigh-In Weight Watchers

Weigh-In Update

There is no meeting tonight. Booo! But I’m over it because I just had a great time playing in the snow…and because I will just go to my second favorite meeting on Monday. I’ll weigh in on the same scale, and I look forward to seeing something good when I do. 🙂

My friends, about 10 minutes south, have more slush than snow so while I would have enjoyed going to my meeting, I’m glad that none of us will be out after dark tonight.

I have to say..the snow is annoying, and yes…I’m ready for Spring. But wow…it’s beautiful today!

And since I’m in for the evening, I’m going to make myself a sandwich full of lean meats, lots of vegetables and a little cheese. And I’m going to have treat myself to a serving of Doritos (which I planned a few days ago) and a low-fat hot chocolate. I love the fact that I can enjoy the things I used to love from time to time while still losing weight. Isn’t it a beautiful thing?

My boyfriend, who had surgery this morning, is back home and doing well so we’ll watch Burn Notice, Monday’s episode of 24 and the rest of today’s Health Care Summit. I’ll ride my recumbent bike and finally take some time to check out my magazines and new recipe books too. 😉

What do you do on snow days?

I totally agree on the snow, it definitely needs to stop. We've got around 10-11 inches here.

BTW, I've given you an award on my blog 😉

There's something special about the "snug as bug in rug" phenomenon when it's snowing outside. Enjoy!
