If I had known that I could enjoy the weight-loss process so much I would have started it much sooner. I think I had a lot of misconceptions about losing weight because I thought the only way to do it was to diet – to forsake every food I had ever enjoyed, replacing all of my regular hobbies with grueling exercise.
