My weight stayed the same this week which was kind of expected. But it’s a new week, and I’m determined to make it a healthy one. I’ve lost exactly 100 pounds, and I don’t want to linger around this number any longer. I want to continue down the path that leads to my ultimate goal.
That being said, I made choices at certain points this week that were much better than choices I would have made in the past. And that makes me believe that long term success will continue to come to fruition.
It’s time to refocus and do my best one day at a time. That is all.
