In My Head

My weight stayed the same this week which was kind of expected. But it’s a new week, and I’m determined to make it a healthy one. I’ve lost exactly 100 pounds, and I don’t want to linger around this number any longer. I want to continue down the path that leads to my ultimate goal.

That being said, I made choices at certain points this week that were much better than choices I would have made in the past. And that makes me believe that long term success will continue to come to fruition.

It’s time to refocus and do my best one day at a time. That is all.

    Hey Kenz,

    You were originally unsure about whether you'd achieve the 100-mark last week; you were totally projecting this week. So, you got there a week ahead of "schedule" and you held it for a week. That's GREAT! Really, it is! No doubt you're moving forward with the choices that you're making.

    What did you decide about changing your weigh in?

    You're on your way to a most amazing freedom my friend. That 100 pounds lost marker is incredible, and in not long—it'll seem like so far in the past—You GOT THIS. And the changes you've made mentally–oh, dear—those changes Kenz—they trump everything. Those changes are what will keep you moving in the right direction. You're young, beautiful, determined, and you've decided—to reclaim everything taken by obesity. It's a wonderful thing to witness.
