Sean and I are so pleased to be joined by so many in our first challenge which starts today! Here’s an excerpt from my original post:
Water is essential to good health so we’re going to drink more of it. And we’d love for you to join us. One of the reasons I love this blogging, weight-loss community is that we are in this together. If you want to be part of the challenge then leave a comment on my blog or Sean’s before Monday stating how much water you’d like to drink each day. If 8 glasses seems too hard, try 6.
We will post our updates on Sunday evenings, and we want to hear about your progress as well!
One more thing…
This message is for those of you interested in joining us for this challenge. Before we begin please be aware that there is such a thing as drinking too much water. Please understand that our personal goals are to drink 64 oz. per day which is widely accepted as a healthy amount of water consumption. Sean and Kenz are not medical or nutritional experts, they are just really cool weight loss bloggers. Please consult a qualified physician before starting any weight-loss regimen.
Also, a few of you have asked if we’ll drink plain water of if we’ll count all liquids. Sean and I will be drinking natural H2O that has not been chemically altered by aspartame and other chemicals that can be found in drinks like Crystal Light and other similar powder packets.
