This Is What I’m Doing

I’ve said this many times before, but I’m going to say it again. Our bodies crave exercise! Our hearts love it, and endorphins are a powerful thing. Sometimes it’s tough to get started, but I have never completed a workout and regretted it. In fact, most days my workouts make me feel refreshed and proud of myself.
