So Far So Good

I feel like I’m in the driver’s seat again. I’ve reclaimed my workouts, and I can already feel a difference. I feel healthier and lighter on my feet – and sore! And I love these feelings. I love feeling the burn in my quads after doing squats and push-ups and other exercises. And when I workout I make better food choices. It’s true that one good habit leads to another good habit, and I’m proving that to myself this week.…
