Now that we are a couple of weeks into the new year, I am excited to share my first challenge of the year with you! Whether you are almost at goal or just getting started, there is so much to gain from losing weight! And while motivation comes from within, there’s no reason we shouldn’t indulge in a little added inspiration. =)
So here’s the skinny…
The challenge will start next Monday, January 24, 2011, and it will run for five weeks. Every Monday, I will post a new weekly challenge, and we will all do our best to complete that challenge! On Monday’s post, you can link up and/or comment to share how you did in the prior week.
And on Tuesday, after each completed week, I will assign a number to each person who comments that they have completed the prior week’s challenge and use Random.org to choose a weekly prize winner.
The goal will be to build on our good habits each week so that by Week 5, we have all lived healthier lives for over a month. =)
My personal goal is to lose weight and form healthy, life-long habits. I’ve come a long way in this area already, but there’s much more to be done, and I hope you’ll join me! If you want to participate, leave a comment letting me know!
