Friend Makin’ Mondays: Resolutions

It’s time for the 2nd FMM of 2011.  Now that we’re more than a week into the new year, I’d like to hear about your resolutions.  If you’ve taken part in FMM then you know the rules. If you’re new, please take a moment to answer this week’s question on your own blog then add a link at the bottom of this post so we can all see your post. The idea is to connect with other awesome bloggers so take a moment to post your own FMM post and comment on a couple of other posts.

Did you make any resolutions?  If so, what are they?  Have you stuck to them so far?

I didn’t make any resolutions this year, but I really wanted to get back into my healthiest groove.  I never gave up completely, but I wasn’t giving 100% in my eating or workouts. Now I’m back in a healthy mindset.  I’m working out and eating like a champ again.  I’m still taking it one day at a time, but that’s all that has ever truly been required.

    One day at a time is the only way to do it! I didn't sit and consciously decide specific resolutions, but I have definitely pondered what things I would like to make priorities this year.

    I've been reading your blog for a few months and have been really inspired by your ups and downs. My resolution has been to cut down on sugar for the new year and get lots more whole grains when I eat carbs. I lost 15 lbs last year following the Glycemic Index and I'm trying to do it again!
