If you read my blog and/or follow me on twitter then you may already know about the #7daychip group that I’m involved in. If you’re not familiar with it then you can learn about it here. I am currently on Day 84, but Brad has offered up a new challenge. And, of course, I’m in. 😉
The #100daychipquest is an opportunity to pursue a goal with an awesome group of people that I already love, and we’re responsible for creating our own personal goals.
My goal is simple. I’ve decided to turn my weekly goal into a 100 day goal which means I will do at least 100 crunches per day – everyday – for the next 100 days in addition to my regular workouts. My goal is to reduce the size of my lower abdomen, as that is now my least favorite part of my body.
This is a very attainable goal, and I’ve rocked it all week. I’m going to take my measurements today and look for a substantial difference 100 days from now. I am currently doing 10 sets of 10 crunches per session. I do crunches, reverse crunches, bicycles crunches and more.
