I didn’t sleep much Sunday night, and my alarm went off at 3:50 am this morning. I have to be up at 4:15 tomorrow morning. I’ve had very little sleep in the last few days, and I’m spent. And while I have several thoughts swirling around in my head, I’m not up to sharing them right now. I’m tired, and I know that rest is an important part of healthy living – a part that I’ve neglected over the last few days.
So…I’m off to sleep. How many hours do you sleep each night?
