Weigh-In and the Gym

Yesterday was weigh-in day, and I knew that it would be good for Mom and me because we earned it.  But walking in and standing on the scale, seeing the fruits of your labor in black and white never gets old.  After making some pretty substantial though manageable changes, I dropped 10.8 pounds this week, and Mom lost 8.8 so we were both pretty thrilled with our results.
