How Much Is Enough?

First, I have to say…It’s weigh-in day, and this week I’m ready.  I’ve been mindful of my food (tracking everything, eating fruits and veggies, dairy, etc.) and working out (almost daily) for the last 10 days, and I feel like I’m in a healthy groove again.  The scale should show a loss this evening because I have done what it takes to see to it that it will.  And speaking of healthy things we do, I’d like to discuss water…
