Welcome to the first FMM of 2012! And because it’s a brand new year, I’m sure you won’t be surprised by this week’s topic: goals. I know that some of you don’t believe in making resolutions, and that’s okay. I definitely understand your point of view, but if you’re going to try to mix things up in 2012, tell us about it.

FMM: Goals for 2012
- I will strive to lose 2 pounds per weigh-in. While it may not happen every single week, if it happens most weeks, I’ll make great progress again. I want to focus on small numbers rather than the big one (because the numbers do matter to me.)
- I will strive to track my food intake as accurately as possible everyday. I tracked religiously during the first year, and it kept me accountable. I’m doing it again and plan to continue.
- I will strive to increase my endurance on my bike. I’m comfortable with 10 miles now, and I want to be comfortable with 100. I don’t have a timeline for this (because I don’t know exactly what to expect,) but I’m going to see what I can do!
