Yesterday was a long day, and I’m glad it’s over. I accomplished a lot, but I didn’t make time to workout until 10pm. When I got home I wanted to watch the premier of Smash. (Hey, I have priorities.) Did anyone else watch it? If so, what did you think? I loved it! I also painted my nails only to decide that I didn’t like the color.
Anyway, if you know me, you know that I often exercise when others are thinking about going to sleep, but exercising late is better than not exercising….Or is it?
Sleep is an important part of healthy living too, and as I shared recently, I’m trying to sleep more. Do you get enough sleep every night? Or do you struggle to get as much as you believe your body needs?
