Life in NY

This has been such a busy trip so far, and I’ve been reminded that I’m blessed.  I don’t know how she does it, but Leslie scored front row tickets to several Broadway shows.  And Friday evening, Amy (Leslie’s BFF who came in from Ohio) along with Leslie, J and I saw How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.

Nick Jonas and Beau Bridges both starred in it, and it was a fantastic production.  I had no idea that Nick Jonas was so talented…and the rest of the cast was outstanding as well. Leslie tweeted that she didn’t know how I could take such a great picture, and my response was that it’s easy when someone gets us front row seats.

And while I spent time with some of my favorite people, I saw some other friends that I was happy to see.  Nicole from SparkPeople joined us for pizza at John’s, and we shared a pizza with whole wheat crust that was loaded with fresh vegetables.

I also did a little shopping for Hannah, and this is my favorite little outfit so far.  Can you tell that the little shorts have stripes?

I’ve eaten some good food, spent time with spectacular people including Kelly and those that I’ve already mentioned as well as a friend from high school, a long time friend who moved here recently from California.  I’ve done too much to share it all, but I’m thankful to be here.  And I’m thankful for so many things that have warmed my heart in the last few days.

Kelly!

Breakfast

I have so many photos to share, but I need to sleep so I can wake up at a reasonable hour in the morning…I hope everyone is having a fantastic week….xxoo
