Lots of Little Things

To say that this week has been a busy one would be an understatement.  I’ve been swamped.  I’m not complaining about it; it’s just a fact.  And in spite of my schedule, I know that it’s my responsibility to make healthy choices.  So instead of letting 48 hours turn into a week, I decided to start making healthy choices at 9:30pm last night.  I did 50 minutes of aerobics, and though I felt totally unmotivated, I’m really glad I did…
