It’s almost weigh-in day, and I’m nervous because of my food choices over the weekend.  I made better choices than I have in years past, but I still ate things that weren’t healthy so it won’t be a surprise if I don’t see a loss. Since coming home I have eaten more vegetables and protein, and I have continued doing intense workouts that include cardio and strength training.  I feel like I’m in control of my workouts and my food…
